Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

 Faith is in Him and what he has done and what He is doing  Faith in Him that qualifies me  Faith in His righteousness

Matthew 6:25-30  Don’t worry (anxiety, stress, have unbelief)  Vs 30 - (fields/ animals/ birds don’t worry) - O you of little faith? Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

 Seeking His righteousness is priority #1  How do I seek something?... By faith!  Pursue the revelation and believe

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

Romans 1:17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "The just shall live by faith."  Right believing, not right works

 Father of Faith – Abraham (Gen.15:6) Romans 4 2 For if Abraham was justified by WORKS, he has something to boast about, but not before God. 3 For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.”

Romans 4 4 Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt. 5 But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness, …

Romans 4 6 … just as David also describes the blessedness of the man to whom God imputes righteousness apart from works: (Psalms 32:1-2)

Romans 4 7 “Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven And whose sins are covered; 8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord shall not impute sin.”

 Enemy wants me to focus on me (what I am doing)  Holy Spirit wants me to focus on what I am believing When I have right believing, then I will be empowered by the Holy Spirit for my actions to change

John 16 (NKJV) 7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.

John 16 (NKJV) 8 And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 of sin, because they do not believe in Me;

John 16 (NKJV) 10 of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; 11 of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.

The Conviction of the Holy Spirit 1.To convict the world that they are lost in sin

The Conviction of the Holy Spirit 2.To convict the believer that they are made righteous by Jesus Christ  I am under strong conviction of the Holy Spirit

The Conviction of the Holy Spirit 3.To convict the Devil and the demonic that they are judged  Holy Spirit will be glad to remind the enemy

Matthew 5:20 "For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds [the righteousness] of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.

Philippians 3:9 … and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;

Romans 3 21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;

Romans 4 13 For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. 14 For if those who are of the law are heirs, faith is made void and the promise made of no effect,

Romans 4 **When we do not have faith in righteousness, then we do not receive the promises of inheritance

 Faith cannot happen without speaking it.  God spoke … Hebrews 11:3 … Genesis 1  If You say to … Mark 11:23

Romans 10 6 But the righteousness of faith speaks… 8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):

Romans 10 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:6a But the righteousness which is of faith speaks, Romans 10:6-10 1.Hear the gospel (the promise): faith comes by hearing (Rom.4:17) 2.Faith in your heart 3.Mouth Speaks (declarations) 4.Salvation (sozo - everything)

 2,000 years ago Jesus Christ took my place, and every sin I have committed or ever will commit, He bore it to the tree (THE CROSS).

 He was punished so that I will not be punished. He was condemned so that I never will be condemned. He took my place so that I could take His place. He became sin that I might become the righteousness of God.

 The Bible says He became my curse that I might be blessed.  He cried out on the cross “My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?” So that I could cry out, “My Father, My Father, why have You so blessed me?”  He found his joy in loving me and saving me!  THANK YOU JESUS !!!!!

Hebrews 11 (NKJV) 6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Hebrews 11 (NKJV) 7 By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.

 Believe He is a Rewarder to those who seek Him by faith  Inheritance according to our faith in Him
