Implementation and execution of agreements between the interested actors to facilitate the participation of those involved in the lines of action. Evaluate results in the three participating countries of the joint project in the areas where there is cooperation possibility. Promote scientific research and university extension (transfer of medium and highly intensive technology), by developing new models of local entrepreneurship, adopting the already existing in other worldwide areas. Greater recognition would be given to the value and importance of products and research findings at national areas. Mechanisms On the basis of the first objective, the study and selection of an appropriate model arising from scientific and technological exchange between the participating countries. The implementation of the chosen model (business incubation and entrepreneurship training) in the host cooperation country and the start of activities in this field within the three years of the project funded by FEMCIDI. Identify donors and project partners for its real implementation and sustainability. Objective 2

3. Internalize the current scientific technology advances with the support of interagency, bilateral and multilateral cooperation that allow us to demonstrate high levels of performance. Mechanisms Selecting areas of interest in universitys science and engineering in each country with potential for its development and exchange. 4. Develop scientific and technological capabilities of human resources for the management of new, innovative, competitive and successful enterprises. It is gained in the expertise of professional trainers of entrepreneurs and in the improvement of the companys management. Mechanisms Establish the needs of business entrepreneurship in participating countries. Select and perform the exchange of professional trainers in quality, innovative, competitive and successful enterprises. Conduct the activities planned. Evaluate activities and publish performance indicators. Objective 4

5. Establish networks where the activities in professional groups is promoted, in anticipation of consolidating its operations in the medium and long term. The scientific and entrepreneurial culture is promoted in the local office and in the participating countries. Mechanisms Identify networks in which the relationship between business- state-university is appreciated. Establish activities at network levels in areas of science and engineering. Publish reports and disseminate network activities (fairs, business tables, activities with university students). Objective 5
