2 There are many different type of map projections, which is the most accurate?

3 How is the World broken up?
We navigate our way around the world by using imaginary lines called latitude and longitude. Lines of Latitude run east to west but is measured by north and south. 0 degrees latitude is the equator. Example: New York city is 40*N

4 Longitude Lines of longitude run from north to south but are measured east and west. The Prime Meridian is an imaginary line that is 0 degrees and runs north to south. Example: Los Angeles is at 25*w

The 7 continents are: North America, South America, Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia and Antarctica The 4 major oceans are; The Pacific, The Atlantic, The artic and the Indian.
