3 Essential Question  How do natural resources affect a country’s population distribution and economy?”

4 What have you learned so far that can help you answer this question?  Natural resources can be a pull factor, which attracts immigrants. Lack of resources can be a push factor, which encourages people to leave.  Immigrants can add labor and skills to an economy to help it grow. Too many immigrants can strain an economy and its resources.

5 Don’t lose your study guide!  Today you will receive your study guide! It will be wise to hold onto it until Friday, the day of the test! On Friday you will play a review game before the test! Your class will vote on Are You Smarter than a Fifth- Grader of Jeopardy!

I want you to know the meaning of the term when it is being used! Therefore, you are matching the vocabulary term to a sentence not a definition! (You can use your definition Maps to study)

I will accept all answers that are supported with appropriate reasons why!
